Mr. Shepley is also the principal of Shepley Wood Products, Inc., a separate entity. None of the dwelling units upon locus will be rented to employees of Greglen, Irc., nor will any of the dwelling units be rented to any employer for their employees; rather, the tenants of the dwelling units will be renting directly from Greglen, LLC.
