The owners of 68MR seek to cut off a portion of that lot, approximately 6,017+/- SF, which would be added to the abutting lot at 72MR. This action would increase the nonconformity as to lot size at 68MR, without creating any new nonconformities or increasing the nature of this or any other nonconformities, and would render 72MR dimensionally conforming. Applicant seeks Variance Relief pursuant to Nantucket Zoning Bylaw Section 139-32.A..
