Addendum
Applicants are requesting a modification of the previous Board
of Appeals decision in File No. 058 -12 which imposed a condition
that no shed shall be allowed on the Premises without further
relief from the Board. The previous application requested an
increase in ground cover when the Premises was already over the
allowable maximum ground cover ratio of 70. Upon completion of
the Applicants' renovation project the existing ground cover
ratio is now 6.89 %. Applicants are now requesting permission
for a detached shed covering an area not to exceed more than 200
square feet. The Locus is situated at 6 Gardner Road, is shown
as Nantucket Tax Assessor's Map 43, Parcel 8, is shown on Land
Court Plan No. 18172 -A and title is registered as Certificate of
Title No. 24,255, in the Nantucket County District of the Land
Court. The site is zoned Limited Use General -1.
